Complaint registration
We attach great importance to the quality and safety of our products. Therefore, we take signals from users and other stakeholders seriously and regard complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve. In line with the requirements set for medical device manufacturers, we carefully record and assess every complaint we receive.
In case of complaints or problems involving the quality and/or safety of our products, we would like to ask you to fill in the complaint form and send it to our e-mail address.
