FIT International BV processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. We handle your data with care.

1. Security
   We have taken technical and organisational measures to secure your data against loss or unlawful processing. These include measures to use our website and IT systems securely and prevent misuse. But also security of rooms where data is stored, information security policy and training of our employees.
2. Secrecy
   All our employees have signed a confidentiality agreement. We treat data you entrust to us with care. And only authorised personnel are allowed to view and process your data.

FIT International BV does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

FIT International BV uses technical, functional cookies. We also use analytical cookies from Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager) that you can enable or disable when visiting the site. You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by FIT International BV and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.

1. View or correct data
   You have the right to ask us what personal data we process about you and to have incorrect data corrected or deleted. If you want access to your data, we will only provide it once we have sufficient assurance that you are who you say you are. To this end, we ask verification questions.
   To do so, please send a request for inspection or correction to FIT International BV (info@fitmusclecare.com, further details at the bottom of this statement). Enclose a copy of your proof of identity. On this copy you can make your passport photo and Citizen Service Number (BSN) invisible. We advise you to indicate on the copy what it is for. You will receive a response from us within four weeks.
2. Having data deleted and the right to 'be forgotten'. In the following situations, you have the right to have the data we hold on you deleted:
   1. the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
   2. consent to processing has been withdrawn;
   3. well-founded objections to processing have been raised;
   4. personal data have been unlawfully processed;
   5. pursuant to a legal obligation to delete the personal data.
3. Limitation of processing
   If you believe that we process your data unlawfully or that the data we process is inaccurate, you can request restriction of processing. This means that the data may no longer be processed.
4. Transfer of data (data portability)
   You have the right to obtain a copy of the data you have provided to us.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. FIT International BV would also like to inform you that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national regulator, the Personal Data Authority.
