The balm can be used before an activity to reduce the risk of muscle soreness and injury, or after an activity to help muscles recover optimally. The balm can also be used when treating existing muscle and joint complaints.
- Make sure the skin of the area to be treated is clean.
- Apply a small amount of FIT Sports Balm locally.
- Now gently massage the area.
- Repeat for a limited period up to 3 times a day, depending on needs.
